Its about the size of a marbel i guess and I can put one finfure in my mouth and aonter outside it and move it around a little. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

You may have a canker sore. These sores often present on the inside of the cheeks. They usually resolve themselves in under two weeks. You should see a doctor if it persists greater than two weeks, you have trouble eating/swallowing, or it becomes very large. If you chew tobacco products, see you doctor immediately to rule out cancer.
