Congratulations on your weight loss. It is a big accomplishment, especially for someone with PCOS.

I've lost over 30 pounds/gained it back again and it didn't bring my cycles back...however, every woman's body is different. Have you talked to your doctor? Does he have you on any medications?

Are you on any medications that cause irregular menstrual cycles? Psych meds in particular are notorious for that.
