Can anyone tell me why my feet are always so cold????

I wear socks and shoes all the time and when I am home I wear slippers. My feet are just always cold. I work out all the time and am in good physical condition.

What would be a solution to warmer feet???? I just received a copy of the "FootSmart" catalog but there is nothing in there for someone with cold feet.

I don't know why, but my feet are always cold too. It may be a problem with circulation. Maybe if you massage your feet to get the blood flowing. Heating pads help me out too.
