I have a severe soy and yeast allergy. Have found a yeast free bread so that helps somewhat. I am a diabetic with no appetite and need a shake in the morning. Cannot find one that doesn't have soy in it. Any one no of one?

ICC- I make mine with a regular drink mix and rice milk... would that work for you?

Hey you guys, what are we all doing over here? ICC, I also made my daughter's bread too because I could never find breads with all the right ingredients in them. Probably not the answer that you wanted, huh?

I make shakes with Whey protein, sometimes mixed with Almond milk. Very good. Egg white protein works too. Or if you don't mind milk, they are good and filling like that. Nutritious too. You can add a bit of fruit for flavor if you like. It takes minutes with a blender and couple of cubes of ice.

Wow, sure sucks that I can digest neither milk nor eggwhites, huh? :)

Maybe ICC is better off than I.

Yep dustoff I think I am. I have no milk problem just the soy and yeast. I was using a Whey Protein mix but after I bought it twice they added Soy and didn't say a word until after I purchased it for the third time. They are giving me a refund and claim to be making one without the soy lecithin. I had to laugh though because they say some people with a soy allergy can ingest soy lecithin and others can't. Wouldn't you think it would be more fair to let the consumer make that call? They go on to tell me that Soy Lecithin is in abundance in yeast and is sooooooooooo good for you. Yippy!!! I had made it clear before I purchased the first time that I also had a severe yeast allergy. Don't people listen today? I read and read and searched and searched to find a soy and yeast free product. It just irritates me that they advertise like that then add a know allergin and don't warn people. It's wrong. Someone here suggested Living Fuel. Idid look it up and it looks like a winner to me. Thanks. Being a diabetic doesn't help either as everything needs to be low-carb, sugar free or whatever. So dustoff I think you and I have a real competition going here for who is a bigger mess allergy wise. LOL
