there are actually a couple of ways to do this.my son has a huge medical history so when we got him his medic alert bracelet,we just had engraved on it"see wallet" in the wallet he always carries,is a huge list of transplant meds and a short and sweet medical history.you can also laminate a card and place it in your wallet too,that has the name of the anti D you are on and also the words"past history of hyperthermia".this last suggestion in some cases is the best way to go if you are writing about any actual specific type of med since the med name can change and the dosages too.the current dosage should also be written out and updated with any changes,only because if you are ever in a situation where you suffered a trauma or some other major medical problem,you cannot always tell the hospital what meds and dosages you are on so they will not know what meds to actually give you if you should end up staying there as a patient for any length of time.this is the biggest reason any med changes need to be constantly updated.they will use that info while you are there.

you can engrave this stuff on the bracelet itself,but if any med changes take place,you WILL have to change the entire bracelet,you know what i mean?since 2000 when my sons actual transplant took place,we have tried doing just this a few different ways,and the card in the wallet thing really seems to work out the best out of all of them.just some suggestions.good luck,FB
