Are flinstones vit. as effective as prenatal vitamins? I need s/th chewable since I really have a hard time swallowing big pills - I get too tense, close up & choke.

Also, folic acid vitamins 400mg, could it be taken together w/a multi-vitamin? Or do I alternate days? Thanks.
