I had one nasty cold sore extending from my nose to my lip. The cold sore has been gone for over two weeks, but the red remains no matter what I put on it. Some of the things I have been using is making it even redder (vit E, antibiotic lotion, mositurizing creams etc...) Can anyone advise me please?:confused:
