I have had 4 Epley's in the past week for BPPV and today the Dix-Hallpike - nystagmus test was negative ......but I am still dizzy, extreme nausea and really sick

Are you following the positioning protocol for after the Epley? Trying not to move your head around too much, sleeping at a 45-degree angle for 2 (at least) nights after the manuever?

My BPPV went away after the 1st Epley; I didn't have to have repeat manuevers. I made very sure to try and keep my head positioned up and straight as possible afterwards, and move into other positions slowly and carefully.

Is someone doing the procedure with you...or are you doing it on your own?
