I bought birth control pills and am gonna start them today. I'd like to know does it cause weight gain?

Could be......but, I am not on it.
I have two younger sister, both are using birth control, one use the injection version..she is the one that blew up.
The other one uses a pill form and she stills the same size.

Everyone will react differently to BC pills. There are general side effects, but there's no way to say for sure yes or no to what you will and will not experience yourself. All you can do is try them, and see how your body likes it!
Personally I used Yasmin (just stopped 3 days ago, and used for 9 months) and I had no weight gain.
Just keep an eye on your body and see what happens.
