Hello, I'm 21 years old. I just took my blood pressure and it read 153/91. I know that only one reading is not accurate, but I've taken several readings in the past and they are rarely below 130/85.

I used to eat a ton of fast food, but have started to watch my salt intake. I also read that calcium supplements can help. I plan on exercising frequently as well. Are there any other supplements or things that I can do that can help?

Hi,

I would try the dash hypertension diet, exercise, stress reduction, quit smoking etc, no drugs, before trying any supplements so that the basics are covered first.Oh, and of course the thing we all love so much: weight loss. Fam
