Hello, i'm 15 years old and have been experiencing muscle twitches for a while now. Several days ago i discovered that when i smile both sides of my face start to twitch rapidly (mostly on the right). this is scaring me half to death so can somebody please tell me what causes this and how i can get rid of it if possible?

Many things can cause this, sometimes they never find out what it is. You definitely should go to the doctor, there are tests they can do to find out. Most of the common things are not life threatening, and are things like Bell's palsy, neuroma (small benign tumours on the facial nerve) Tourette's, and many more. Get it checked, cheers, Sera
