I'm new to this forum so just wanted some advice. I have one child whos 3 in august. He was concieved accidently but second time round this ones planned. I've been charting my temps since january and i've only had one period since then on the 17/03/07 which was 60 days since my last period. I'm still charting them but as my periods are so irregular i'm tryin to take note of my vaginal discharge to help me recognise when i may be ovulating. can anyone tell me what i should be looking for i.e texture, colour ect ect. is everyones the same when it happens? also what other signs are there to look out for when your ovulating? my husbands in iraq till june so no sex for me till then unfortunatly!!! but i hope that by the time hes home i'll know my bodys chemistry insideout and it won't take too long. thanx

Welcome to the boards.

Have you spoken to your gynea re the problem? it may be ok to have such long cycles but its better to get it checked out just in case.
I m sorry your DH s away that must not be easy...
To answer your questions i would suggest reading the book taking charge of your fertility. . .it s very helpful.

Goodluck

thanx for the advice i think i'll probably go to the drs about it, see what they can advise. whos the author of the book? I never realised how disapointing it can be when you find out your not pregnant i didn't have that with my first coz he wasn't planned. This time round its totally different. I know i can have kids obviously but its the waiting thats so frustrating, i wish i had normal length cycles. x
