Does anyone have experience with A.C. Grace brand of vitamin E?
I have been taking it for two weeks for hot flashes, and my hot flashes are almost entirely gone. I have been taking 3 of the 400iu pills each day with breakfast because that is what their web site recommends for my weight. Now I'm beginning to worry if this is too high of a dosage. I would really hate for my hot flashes to come back. These are supposed to be the best vitamin E supplements available.

unless you start having bad digestive problems, don't bother worrying. that is the first symptom of vitamin E overdose.
