hello.. i have just begun to work out and build my body and i was lookin for advice on the fastest way to build my pecs.. if u have any ideas let me know thanks..

make sure to build out all of your body, there's not special tricks that make you magically build muscle better in some areas than other (besides just being educated on the subject), so I'll suggest doing 3 sets of 6-8 reps and be fatigued when you're done. And again, work your whole body, and just for a good workout and fatigue builder, superset your chest and back routines.

Don't superset anything. For now, just put together a whole body workout and hit the gym 3 times a wk. Once you have some experience and knowledge on the subject you can start messing with splits and different training techniques.
