I am starting to feel somewhat "upset" to say in a proper way and not to offend any one,but you guys know what i am trying to say...i hope.
here are my lab results from today:dizzy: Iron=36, Iron Sat=9 and Ferritin=5.
Well the numbers dropped from my last lab test 1 or 2 months ago. I am getting more tired. And my doctor recommend that i should start walking, since i am gaining weight, eventhough my calorie in take is not high, about (1500 per day),but i could be wrong.
So, my first thing is to try to walk more(yeah right) for more than 15 minutes ,i will try my best to do it. I feel that i got two steps back, and i just don't like it,  But, then again we don't have to like it, right? Life is just wonderful ..so, if anyone has any feedback please do so...and let me know...thanks so much..and will keep you posted...:D

I think I know how you are probably feeling right about now as it looks like you may be dealing with a combination of hypothyroid (based on your other post) and anemia. BOTH of these are going to contribute to your growing fatigue. I was the same way for several years until an ER doc finally diagnosed the hypothyroid (and in my case, it is likely driving the anemia).
You mention some lab results - and those are a start but there are a couple results you want to be looking for on you labwork to post here as well - definitely your hemoglobin (your ferritin at 5 is quite low, but the HGB is a very important number to know). On the thyroid side, in your other post - the person who replied had some good advice - you definitely at least need you TSH, and those results over on the Thyroid Disorders area here is a great place to start (if they did them, the free T3 and free T4 are good to post as well).
While walking is obviously always good for you, I have to say that it is not a solution to either of these issues. I would seem a bit concerned that this is the recommendation of the Dr - if your TSH is high you need to get started on some thyroid medication - and if your HGB is low in combination with those iron counts then you need to be getting some iron in one fashion or another.
If you have access to your lab results (and if you don't I would make that step one - call and get a copy from the Dr - they can't tell you no, they do belong to you) post your results with the reference ranges here (the iron portions) and over at the Thyroid Disorders section (TSH, and whatever else they may have ordered) - then I think you will find a lot of sage advice - I know I have found great advice and support here!
Good luck and keep us posted!

I couldn't get up from bed this morning. Took my new medicine, and it makes me have very very tired more. I am researching the hypo, the anemia more.,..my spirit is high. But, my body is just very tired right now. Don't like it much. But, life is just wonderful , don't u think?? I think so, we are up, have roof on our heads, food, yes, my body is breaking apart, don't you wish you can just go and get new parts replacements, like a store. ? Smile, not everything is bad, well it is , but, we have to make lemonades with the lemons we got...take care and thanks for your awasome replies.!!

I hope you feel better soon. As for walking, I think I know why the doctor recommended it, besides the obvious. There is a possibility, he/she is hoping that as you build up your distance in walking, the TSH will self correct. Sometimes medication still has to be given, but the balancing between too much and not enough can cause a lot of negative symptoms. Take some one with you if you push further than you are used to, so that they can get a vehicle to come back for you if you are unable to continue. This way you will feel safe to try to walk more. I have personally had a hGB of 7 with no discernible ferritin. I was definitely short of breath and had little attacks of tachycardia, but at the time I was unaware of the low numbers and continued to do the things I was doing ( little slower) Then, when it was discovered and I was medicated, I just popped right up to normal. It was much easier than if I had just had to get up and start over. This worked for me, but you have to do what you think is best.
