I've been doing winsor pilates, the accelerated video, for about 15 days now. I do feel my abs are tighter. I have a lot of fat around my tummy and legs, but I'm on a diet and have lost 10 lbs and counting. I was wondering from other pilates users, when did you, if you, see results?
