Xenadrine helped me lose 30 pounds with the help of going to the gym also. Nov 8th I was 248 pounds, as of today I am 218. I dont want to use the pills anymore. Is it possible to lose 30 more pounds before summer if I continue going to the gym? I do free wieghts, just started light bench pressing and I do 40 mins of cardio. What else can I do... oh yea, and for the first time in a long time I fit into a size 38 pair of jeans http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
But I still need to get rid of this stomach and chest weight...
Also I drink up to 67fl oz's of water a day

Whether or not it's possible to lose 30 pounds by summer is anyone's guess. Depends on how your body responds to exercise, how hard you go, etc. Certainly if you cut out the diet pills but keep up the exercise you will lose the weight. Can I suggest you split your goal up into smaller goals like X amount of weight per month or so rather than a vague goal like 30 pounds by summer. Are you going to lose 7.5 pounds per month? First day of summer (June 21st) is only a little over 4 months away. Only you know how much you can lose. Since you've already been exercising you've already done well at making your body more efficient at burning calories so you got a good head start. Try not to get into the trap of attatching a number to success. If you are working hard and smart that success will come without a doubt.

It's altogether possible to lose 2 lbs per week safely and healthily, especially for a male. So yes, that goal is feasible; HOWEVER it's going to take a pretty clean diet and real dedication in the gym. Good luck, let us know your progress. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
