I am very tall and weighted over 300 lbs now I am down to 250 and have been working out over 5 months. Getting stronger just wanting to show more. I have starte using cell-tech the last couple of weeks just noticed putting on weight still watching what I eat. What is good to use straight creatine instead of cell-tech? I have started taking the cell tech after workouts only. I workout total body three times a week any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
