:confused: :dizzy: Can vitamins be used as natural pain relievers i have very big dogs and give them various supplements ie(vitamin c for any pulls & strains ) and thought that as it always works for them why can`t it work for me ?.What vitamins would be beneficial and at what dosage .Thanks for any advice :dizzy: :dizzy:

There are various types of vitamins and herbs that are used for pain. There's fish oil, boswellia, turmeric, ginger, evening primrose oil, MSM, glucosamine, cat's claw, etc. That's all I can think of for now. For headaches fish oil and evening primrose oil are good. Evening primrose oil shouldn't be taken if you take seizure meds. The other stuff is good for arthritis and joint pain. Glucosamine is safe for dogs to use. Its given to them for arthritis. You can usually find it in most pet stores.
