Hi everyone

I just joined this site I really hope i will find friends here.

My story is as follows:
Seven - eight months ago a mole appeared on my cheek. I went to dermatologist and the biopsy came back as BCC. The doctor removed it with Mohs two weeks ago and I hope it is all gone.
Unfortunately, I found it quite traumatising and I became very anxious, I refuse to go out during the day, I spend hours checking my face, can't think much of anything else.
I am very scarred that another one may appear :-(
I would like to ask people who went through similar experience, how did they manage to carry on with their life.

I am scared to go out when sunny or cloudy, I hear that the water , cement (even ashphalt?), white buildings reflect a large percentage of UV rays etc, etc the glass is penetrated by UV

How should we live, how much should we protect without being considered 'weird' or exaggerated?

Please tell me about your experience or what you heard about similar cases...
