my mom goes thru some AWFUL Mood Swings!!! she is 47 and stopped having her Period in January 2007... her Doctor gave her Prempro/LowDose to hopefully get them under control... does anyone else use this and do you have any opinions for me???????? HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!

Yes, I've been on Prempro for 3 yrs with no problems. I was taking the natural hormones, but insurance does not pay for that, and it was too expensive for me at the time.

Yes, I have tried Prempro. It worked well, but since I smoked, I didnt' want to stay on it. Your mom is going through what is called perimenopause. It is the start of entering menopause. Alot of her health problems will be caused by this. [removed]
