In my experience with food allergies and believe me I have alot of them is that some people suffer in different ways. I suffer gastro distress if i ingest a food I am allergic too, someone else might get the brain fog and yet someone else suffers respiratory distress. I would stop eating it for 2 weeks as see if it makes a difference. SOme with known seafood allergies will go into anaphylaxis if it's really bad. I have weird ones. Not allergic to shrimp or any other fish . Have a bad allergy to crab and sometimes lobster will give me a stomach ache. So you see everyone is different and has a different degree to an allergin.
