What kinds and brands of supplements do you take? And what benefits have you seen from them? Which ones have been the biggest waste of money?

Alive is the best multivitamin to take. It comes both in pill and powder form. My biggest waste of money I would have to say would be Centrum. That was when I was new to taking vitamins.

I take a lot of supplements but on and off. Here's what I take.

Bilberry- keeps my eyestrain away and took away eyestrain headaches

Evening primrose oil- I use this for neck/shoulder pain and inflammation from allergies

Chlorophyll- helps my digestive system

digestive enzymes-helps my digestive system

probiotics-helps with my GERD and gives me regular bowel movements

grape seed extract-I use it to help my allergies and it does help a little bit but I plan on discontinuing use

zinc- helps with my GERD and my armpits don't easily smell anymore

oreganol P73- I just started taking it today so it'll take a while to find out if it works

Everything I take works for me. I feel better than I have in years. My allergies don't bother me at all but my GERD does. Without all those digestive supplements I would feel horrible.

I take:

Spirulina by Thompsons: This gives me heaps of energy and has made my appearance look better.

Wild Fish Oil by Microgenics: I have noticed that my skin looks better and has helped my mood.

Vitamin E 500 IU by Microgenics: I have only been taking this for a few days so I can't say what the benefits have been.

Mega C High Potency by Microgenics:I have only been taking this for a few days so I can't say what the benefits have been.

Total Calcium for women by Blackmores: I don't feel anything from taking this but I hope that it works.

Ginkgo Biloba by Herron: I don't feel any different taking this supplement.

The biggest waste of my money was buying Centrum, it didn't do anything.
