Anyone feel like their insides are shaking? This is happening to me quite often and is really bothering me. T.

I get that feeling alot. Sometimes I wake up with it in the am. I think it is listed as one of the 34 symptoms of menopause. Don't worry, it will disappear and another symptom will start! Ann
