I was just wondering if anyone can help me? My AF has started but I always spot for a couple of days before normal flow and cramps start, do I take day 1 of my cycle from the day I start spotting or from when normal flow and cramping starts? I always feel really hazy in the the head when normal flow starts but not when the spotting starts. Thankx..

CD1 is when your normal flow starts, not the spotting days.
