Hi i have what looks like spots/blisters but they are not blistering. They look angry but are not? They do not itch I only have them on my forearms, the sides of my feet and around my solar plexus???

I have had them for 4 weeks now, I have not changed soap, or eating habits?? I was reading an aromatherapy book and it suggested Suphur anyone know anything about suphur and if it is any good?
