I'm 50, post menopausal, take Prilosec and Prempro. I am desperately trying to decide on a good vitamin. I am now taking Centrum, have taken Gnc, not sure which is best, but I want to make sure I'm getting what I need. Pls help....

My wife takes Nature's Bounty Prescriptive Formulas, "Women’s Optimal Vitamin Packs," and really likes them. They include a multivitamin/mineral pill, Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Calcium with Vitamin D. National drug chains like Walgreens have them.

You're welcome. They come in a package not a bottle, so you may have to look for them or ask a clerk where they are.
