:) Hi, I would like some feedback from anyone who is or has been on Singulair for allergies my ENT just put me on for my allergies, and I want to know if there is any major side effects I should be concerned with and how good this product is for allergies, is there something I should be concerned with before I take it? any input would be greatly appreciated, Thank You! Hi Amy..........I have taken singulari for 5 years along with a zyrtec everynight. I also have asthma. I have had no side effects to the singulair and feel it has helped keep everything under control. Good luck.

My son.. age 4.. has been taking it for two years.. and I have been taking it for four. It helps my son, but my asthma is bronchial based and does not help me as much.. side effects.. none.

Sincerely,
MG

It raised my husbands blood pressure. He is very athletic and has normally low blood pressure 115/64 pulse in the high 50's. After 2 months of treatment for a very bad case of allergy induced bronchitis.....his blood pressure shot to 150's/84.

He has since gone off of it and his pressure is returning to normal range.

my daughter who is 4, has been taking it for about 2 years. since she has been on it, it has done wonders for her. they were trying to dx her with Asthma, so they kept putting her on the Albuterol and pulmicort, i tried to tell them it was allergies, and asked her pediatrition if we could try the singular. since she started it, there's been no need for the albuterol & pulmicort.
