I really dont have any pain associated with PCOS except for excessive cramping when my cycle feel like its coming on and it never does. What type of pain are you having exactly? :confused: Oh, also I feel a little discomfort from a loooot of gas.

Im the same. I didnt know i had it just thought i had irregular period and painfull cramps during it.
