I feel like there is something seriously wrong with me medically, but no doctors seem to think there is anything.

Every once and a while I feel like I feel right now:
My heart is going too fast and too strong
I feel kind of weak all over my body
my breathing gets fast
i have to pee all the time and i haven't drunken all that much today
I feel like crying and i get really really scared
i feel like my body is going out of control and i feel really alone and even though nothing is really wrong i feel like everything is falling apart
i get so scared that i'm dying or having something go seriously wrong and i just like, freak out like crazy.
my chest feels weird too, like it's choked up and tight or something.
I feel like I'm dying and I'm really scared. Please help me.

It tends to happen at night, so I don't know how long it last because I usually go to bed when it happens to make it go away.

I would say it lasts anywhere from a half hour to an hour or so.

What is that? Could it be anxiety? and how do I get it to go away?

To me, it sounds like classic panic attacks and anxiety. The fast, strong heartbeat sounds like tachycardia. I used to have it a long time ago and the dr. tried to give me Xanax for it, but I didn't take it. I've heard of the need to pee all the time and if I recall correctly, it is related to anxiety. I don't recall the correlation, though, between the two. The chest tightness, breathing, etc. is anxiety and panic. I would get into see a good therapist. I have personally had what is called biofeedback done, which is an alternative therapy to medication or can be used in conjunction with therapy. My anxiety is SO much better. Also watch your diet - it's important to cut out any caffeine and to eat right and exercise. Watch your sugars and refined foods as well. Are you stressed out about anything in particular right now?

My thoughts and prayers are with you - you CAN get through this.

thinking that something is wrong with you is a classic symptom. might think you're dying, have an incurable disease, about to get a heart attack, your lungs don't get enough air, etc. It's psychological, there's normally nothing wrong with you physically, and goes away. Hope this helps.

Panic attacks cause all of those symptoms. Panic attacks also cause your doctor to think nothing is wrong with you. I strongly urge you to research panic attacks on the Internet and find solid information about what they are and how they can be treated.
