For the past year I have been getting hot flashes around that time of the month. I also get it at night to. I wake up in the middle of the night and feel really really hot. Not dripping in sweat but I cant cool off for anything, I even put the air on 60 and I was still hot. Is it possible to be going through the change at 25? I dont get hot flashes unless its that time of the month but I was told a woman my age shouldnt even get hot flashes. Is this normal?:confused:

Yeah I know but I only get it during that time of the month.

have your doctor check it out. i had my first hot flashes at 23 but i was pregnant at the time. i have 4 kids and that's the only one it happened with. so it is hormonal but why it is happening needs to be checked out. God bless

I will have it checked out sometime but right now I dont have any insurance or money. Also I forgot to mention my periods have been getting shorter. They only last for 1 day and on the second day I have very light spotting.
