Ive been doin weight Training for couple of years now, notice good changes, im training to get big, which i also eat a lot, prob about 6-7 meals a day. I have got quite a bit of fat now, which i need to loose, so i can see more definition and shape. I know that if i want to loose fat i would need to do cardio. But if ur getting big, u shouldnt do cardio. But how can i loose the fat and get big at the same time.

Who told you that to get big you need to avoid cardio?
NO! That is a terrible idea...what about your cardiovascular health?
It is in how you lift and eat. All the competitive bodybuilders I know still do cardio.
One can only get so big...that is partly genetics.
I recommend that you read an article I just found on carb loading and diet. It can be found in March's issue of Physical Magazine.

If you're eating 6-7 good-sized meals a day, I doubt adding some cardio to your workout would make you lose weight.
