I play soccer on sundays and train 2 times a week so i am a pretty fit person and when i burn fat from my body i burn it everywhere but the pec region. What am i doing wrong?????? Please help.

If your losing fat from other areas, you're not doing anything wrong. Your body just likes to store its fat on your chest. It may be the last area on your body that you'll notice significant improvements on but you will eventually lose it if you keep at it.

Oh, also, you know you can't spot reduce fat right? Doing pectoral exercises won't burn fat from your pecs. It'll only develop the muscle under the fat.

won't by doing pec exercises it will help reduse fat in that region?

No. Spot reduction is impossible. Your body will only use your fat reserves when it's in a state of caloric deficit. All it knows is that it has less calories than it needs so it will pull out energy reserves from your fat. Doing an exercise on a particular muscle will only stimulate the muscle itself. It has nothing to do with the fat on top of the muscle. The two are not related apart from the fact that the lifting will burn calories hence creating more of a caloric deficit (if you're eating less than you burn already) and increasing muscle mass will raise your BMR, which again results in increased caloric expediture. Your body has no reason to specifically choose fat from an area you may be concentrating your resistance training on since muscle and fat are not realted.

hey thanks for your help. I am noticing that the top of the pec mucsle is hard but the bottom is a bit flabby, mainly because i dont know what ecercises to do to harden the lower part of the pecs. I do pushups, dips and pullups and some different types of weight exercise at my house but i just wanted to know some exercise i could do to harden the lower pec region. Thanks.!!!!

Dips (leaning forward) and flat benching will place a greater emphasis on lower pectoral development, but if you have fat covering that part of your chest, your best bet would be to try to get rid of it through a reduced caloric intake (no more than 500 cals under maintenance) and incerased cardio. Keep pushing the weights though (heavy low rep) or you'll lose the muscle mass.
Alternitavely, you could build the muscle under the fat, hence "spreading" the fat more thinly across your chest, but I'd say that'd be harder than burning the fat and would take longer, depending on how musch fat we're talking. Which way you go depends on your goals and how quickly you want to see the change.

its kinda hard to explain the fat is where the nipple is like when i tence i can feel it hard but when i press my nipple it goes in and feels soft the lower pec is sorta soft to. My nipples stick out but i want them to be moulded perfect.

Hmmm... well, sounds like fat to me. Unless you have "puffy nipples", in which case I don't know there's much you can do about it. Best you can do is either try to lose the fat or build the muscle, like I said. Not many other options really. If it's just your nipples, you might want to go for increasing pec size and see if it helps. Just keep lifting heavy low rep and eating properly etc.

As a side note, make sure your training all body parts, not just chest.
