are my headaches causing my light sensitivity or the other way around. Ive been having headaches on my face next to my ears and next to my temples for 6 months 24 hours a day 7 days a week with no melds helping.

Ive only had the light sensitivity, meaning overhead lights, headlights hurt my eyes, not really hurt. Can't really explain it but i prefer the dark with no lights.

My eye sight is 20-50, used to be 20-30 so i believe. I take one clonozpam a day because my docs last diagnosis was anxiety headaches because i had shaking, and restless legs . I still have some shaking in the hands but no restless legs. First diagnosis was high bp, its down, he then says sinus, then changes his mind to tension, then to the anxiety.

All this started out as headaches, acid reflux, stomach trouble, . The reflux and stomach trouble has been away for months , headaches have never gone away and now i hate lights. Sun is coming through the window now and i can't stand it.
Its kind of like waking up and looking at snow on the ground . i do take a natural eye bright supplement but i only take 2 a day. Says 2 , 3 times a day but that would be the entire bottle in a week and i also don't sleep well but i do eventually fall asleep. My eyes aren't really as white as id like in the white area, but its not red. I do use visine since its happened also to see if it would help. I think it helps or feels like it does for a minute anyway.

sorry for the long post. i just want my headaches to go away. Front, top, back of head is just fine, only next to my ears on my face which some thing would be tmj, and next to my temples .

Someone scared me early and said i was having seizures. If thats the case then im having them 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 6 months straight , so i don't believe that.

Have you ever been tested for migraines? I have light senstivity issues too and have been to many doctors. No one can tell me what the inflammation is from and the only thing helping right now is a steroid drop. But that is not a cure. I only have headaches b/c I squint from the light. Migraines were ruled out for me but that might be something for you to consider since you have bad headaches. Best of luck...
