have a small infection on my top of my hand the size of an eraser head, treated with pexoide, and bacxactracin, lasting 3 days, any other treatment to speed or heal better.?

Tea tree oil may help. Just put a little dab on. If it doesn't go away soon you need to get it checked out by a doctor.
