like take an intestinal cleanser, drink a greens drink , etc and if so how do you take your meds while doing it.
No headache med works and this all started out as headache with stomach trouble and acid reflux with the stomach trouble and reflux going away but not the headaches , then i got nervousness, sensititvity to light, and prescribed clonozapam on my last visit and been taking it. Headaches are next to temples and next to my ears on my face and been diagnosed as several things with doc changing his mind and had several people on board tell me i have tmj to sinus, to a mixture of things.
i admit it works some. Acidophilus, b vitamins , feverfew have helped some . Thanks
Im seriously thinking of throwing away the foods my mom makes and just act like i ate it, or not eat over other people's houses or anything and doing a major major cleanse in every way possible.
