Rasberry leaf teas are used alot by pregnant women. [removed]

[removed] In pregnancy it was traditionally used to help with nausea, ease labor and delivery, and post- partum recovery. It's also helpful for regulating menstrual period and controlling diarrhea.

You can buy it at the Whole Foods Market and I saw it World Market. Alot of the health food stores where I live carry it too. You can buy it in bulk leaves, tea bags or there are pills too.
