hi guys, ive read alot of people post on message boards that they 'clean bulk', but im not exactly sure what it is. It sounds like eating healthy on a bulk. Can someone clear it up for me and also how do you clean bulk (what's the difference between bulking and clean bulking)?

thanks

clean bulk just means gaining mass without gaining much fat, basically eating a lot but eating "clean," healthy foods. you could bulk on cheeseburgers, pizza and oreos, but that's not clean.

Capituh is correct. Bulking clean is eating and more eating, but its eating sensibly. Heres an example of a few of my meals during the day while bulking:

Morning - 6 pieces of wheat toast
8 egg whites
1/2 cup egg beaters
1" by 3" cube of chedder

Lunch - 4 pieces wheat toast
40 - 50 grams of protein from tuna
2 tbsp flax

Old fashioned oatmeal and skim milk also play a big part. Feel free to ask if you're not sure about something. Good luck.
