Any advice out there for oily eyelids...my eyeliner just smears off by midafternoon. I have spoken to beauty consultant and she recommend a liner that is smudge-proof, but using shadows doesn't help, nor does cream make-up (oil-free). I'm in the bathroom at least twice a day using a q-tip to clean off the oil and re-apply the liner....It's getting old!! Any ideas?
