I was wondering if anyone has any advise on what is the fastest way to tone your stomach and upper legs. I work out almost every day but I think I must be doing something wrong. I just want to feel good in a bathing suit this summer.Any advise?

If there is excess fat on your stomach and thighs, then you will have to do cardio and follow a pretty "healthy" diet to take that layer of fat off. If you're pretty low-fat already, then doing things like crunches and squats and lunges can help firm up the muscles in those areas.

Shattered...I feel like I have a similar problem. Not with my legs but my stomache. What is your current workout routine? Are there other sites besides here that you look to as a resource?

I don't really go on the net to look up fitness stuff, but I do buy alot of magazines. Mostly "Fitness". I find they give the best leg and stomach based workout demo's. Also I do some yoga and Pilates, I find that that has helped a little.
