I start off using the total Gym for the first workout. On the highest setting I do ab twist to get the sides (LOVE HANDLES) I do 3 sets of 25 so thats 150 reps all together. Then I lay on my bench with 50 lbs on my chest and do 4 sets of 20 ab crunchies. After that I finish it off with 4 sets of 20 Leg Pickups for the lower abs.

What about your serratus? People often forget this because they don't think of it as "abs" but it does affect how your abs look.
Also, have you tried doing scissors? That will get the definition in the lowest part of your abs. You need to lie down on your back and basically, move your legs in a scissor motion. You can add leg weights for resistance. Usher is just one celebrity with awesome abs who uses this exercise.
Whatever you do, don't do the routine you mention more than twice per week...your abs need to heal just like your other muscle groups.

Your serratus anterior are the muscles running along the side of you torso, extending from your lats towards your abs. You can work them using incline shoulder raises (get in incline chest press position, lock out arms and raise and lower the weight with your arms staying locked out) and pullovers.
