Hi; My current treadmill is broken..and well, we do have that orbitrek..but personally..I hate it. It's confined in space and everything; but my dad (Im only 16) suggests that it works fine and we won't need a new treadmill for a month or two. Well; I have Tae Bo Basic, and few other of the tapes;

I was wondering if these work in losing weight? Is it easy to follow? Thanks.

Hello, The main thing is to get off the couch and get moving. Whatever exercise you enjoy doing will help you loose wieght if you are a seditary type of person. I have a "Kick Butt, Kickboxing" tape and if the Tae Bo tape is anything like that, you will definately loose weight on it. You just have to keep up the exercising everyday. Look at exercise as playtime.

Yes, TaeBo can work for weight loss. Its a fairly intense cardio workout.

But, if you like walking/running, why not just go outside?

I LIVE IN THE SOUTH AND IT HAS BEEN RAINING FOR 2 WEEKS HERE SO IT HAS CUT INTO MY WALKING ROUTINE. I STARTED TAE-BO AND DID OK BUT HAD REAL HARD TIME WITH ABS AND GLUTES. IS IT OK TO TRY TO CONTINUE THE PROGRAM ON A DAILY BASIS?
