I know some of the tech to deal with my anxiety, such as breathing exercises, rational thinking, and exercise. How do i deal with the depression part of me? Is it with the same stuff and/or other ways? Just wondering cause I'm not sure what to do when the depression part is more prevalent then he anxiety, such as this weekend. It is tough dealing with these both at once I must say, but then again 1 might help feed the other.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm always looking for new ways to help deal and solve this.

Chaos, I think that when anxiety causes depression it is just that you feel overwhelmed with your anxiety situation and this overwhelmed feeling is what is causing the depression. IMO working on the anxiety is what is going to keep the depression at bay.

Yes, I have found the 2 can easily go hand in hand. Right now I try the same stuff for depression as I use anytime I get the anxiety. I think i seem to have a better grasp on the anxiety presently. I feel more depressive lately, but it does usually stem from an anxious thought. Almost always the future and making up scenarios and must haves.
