I recently recieved an add advertising NO2(Nitric Dioxide) a new supplement created by MRI. I was wondering if it was effective or a waste of money. Also im an 18 year old high school student. I'm 5'6" and weight about 160. I eat 6-7 meals a day and am very consistant. I get on average 250 grams of protein/day. I take my 5 grams of creatine before a workout and 5 after. I drink 80oz of water a day. I lift 4 times a week on a split program. Am i doing everything right?

This is not something that is new. Just a new marketing strategy. There are a few other posts previously about this supplement, I suggest you check them out.

It's actually Nitric Oxide, not Nitric Dioxide.

I'm one of the few people you'll find that supports NO2 (it is called nitric oxide, but if you really want to get chemisty on it its nitrogen dioxide). A lot of people will say it is a scam and a few say it won't. A lot of people belive that I'm a advertiser for the product (oh man that makes me laugh). It works depending on your natural body chemistry I guess, just like you have to have a certain body chemistry before any other supplement will work. The pump isn't as large as they do give. You'll get a pump for 4 hours or so but when it is all said and done you will get gains. I got .5 in on bicep in month. Any more questions just ask.
