Gooooooooooooood Afternoon!

I am at T minus (in this case the T stands for tonsillectomy) 1 day. I have decided that I am done stressing out about it and am going to look at the bright side of things.

So my new question is. What are you looking forward to about your tonsillectomy?

Here is my list so far:


Being out of the office for a couple weeks. Not having to deal with all that stress!
Wearing pajamas ALL the time
Not having to put on makeup or worrying about how I look
Watching the food network… scratch that it will just make me hungry and depressed.
(REVISED) Watching random day time TV all day and catching up on all my good DVRd shows (Grey's, House, Lost, 24, etc)
Having the time to read the 8 books I decided that I needed to read while I am recovering (yeah I am doubting I will get through more then a couple)
Nap time with my dog =)
Becoming one with water… heck I know I don't drink enough water as is - this may just kick start me new love for water
Planning out what I should plant in my garden
Seeing how long it will take my boyfriend to get frustrated with me… I have been telling him that if he was ever going to break up with me before the surgery would be the best time
Playing on the internet, catching up with old friends on my space, and complaining about all the pain I will be having on here =)
Oh and not being so sick all the time with step and the likes so that I could actually use my paid time off at work to do something fun!!!

I know I am missing a ton of stuff to look forward too so help me out (and everyone else that is stressing out)

How about......eating so many popcicles...and ice cream....that you never will be able to look at ice cream again in the same way...thus no more ice cream binges? Hey, that good be good right? :) I know ice cream is a no-no right after sugery, but after a week or so I think you can push aside the freeze pops. Good luck again!
