alright im 19 years old and dont have good vision as it is and of course I denied to get glasses. Got an appt. next week anyway besides the point...Last week i caught a cold and it was starting to go away and all of a sudden i would get this wierd pain when i moved my eyes to the left or to the right with out getting a pain like someone punched me in the eye and it bruised up. I have no idea what this could be ... any ideas ???

Most logical guess would be sinuses, or virus.
I'm glad you're getting your eyes checked. You'll wonder why you let it go so long when the world becomes clear again.
