Hi All,
I have suffered anxiety all of my life.
For the last 8 years , it has been health anxiety. Something will trigger me and I'll go in to months of obsessing over an illness and checking medical websites constantly.
Right now, I have been obsessing over MS because sometimes I walk around and feel like the floor is moving like a dock on the water under me. It's mild.
This may be because of stress and TMJ problems and neck tension.
For the last 2 months I have these little "tings" that happen all over. Not like tingling or numbness. They are like single, subtle sparks or something that can happen anywhere.
In my MS research, I have read that this is more likely anxiety as with MS the tingling will be more constant and in certain areas, not random all over and intermittent. I also feel like my mucles are tight. Sometimes I'll get a mild burning in my calf or arm??
The more I think about it, the more it happens. When I'm working or out its better but still happens if I think about it.
I'm driving myself crazy.
Does anyone else feel like this????
