I'm [a teenager] and i was worried about something that keeps happening when i do press-ups or any similar exercise. Whenever i do a press up, my left elbow makes quite a loud clicking noise. I do not notice any sort of pain when it happens, but i was worried that if i continue to do press-ups then it could lead to some problems with my elbow later on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First, make sure your form is correct. But if you're doing the movement right and you're not having any pain, you probably don't have anything to worry about. You might want to try to find a position that doesn't cause popping if it's uncomfortable.
