Someone on these boards suggested cinnamon sticks to use to help with nicotine cravings, etc. I bought some today and they are great! Gives you something to hold and you can inhale through them. However, I find I am chewing off little pieces and eating it! Is it okay to eat a cinnamon stick? I tried a search on the internet, but couldn't find any info on eating them. It mostly talks about grinding cinnamon sticks or putting them in your coffee for flavouring.
Is it okay to eat them? It is tree bark, so I'm just curious. I read that every cinnamon stick also has 3.7 g fibre! LOL
I'm sure it's fine, but just thought I'd ask and recommend them to you guys.
Thanks!

Hi Fibrana,
Someone somewhere (I forget where I read stuff sometimes!) also said they liked the atomic fireball candy. That has a lot of cinnamon in it. But 2 cinnamon sticks have only about 17 calories. Shoot, I'll bet you burn more than that sucking on the things!
Seems I read somewhere that cinnamon does help when trying to quit smoking.
Glad you like them!! Anything to help you not smoke that cigarette!!
