I've read that garlic and foods rich in vitamin C and A are good for fighting Lyme disease. I'm sorry your sick and not feeling well. I was not sure what Lyme disease was so I looked it up and it sounds severly annoying to deal with.

There are a couple of products called NSC-100 immunition beta glucan and NSC-24 immunitioin beta glucan. The NSC-100 is 10 MG and the NSC-24 is 3 MG. The company gives away free samples. I tried the NSC-100 for 10 days and it cleared up my sinuses big time. It worked for me so I decided to buy some and see how it works long term.

You can also try probiotics. The Garden of Life brand is widely available and is pretty good.

I also have Lyme Disease (for past 16 years). Of all the many things I have tried throughout the years, I think the salt/c protocol has been the most effective. You can do this protocol while doing abx.
